Great location, helpful staff, variety of dining options, walkable to town.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways! the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to arrange transportation for us, both to and from the pier, making our journey hassle-free. Secondly, the rooms were in excellent condition with a nice view from the window. The attention to detail was impressive, and the rooms had both a bath and a shower. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

It was all superb.

The hotel's location was convenient for those wanting to explore the city center. It was away from that area enough to provide some peace and quiet, but still close to several major city attractions. the ferry terminal was also nearby. the room was clean, and the staff was friendly during our stay. the breakfast had a decent selection.

The bathroom facilities were a bit cramped, making it difficult to maneuver around.

The best part of the stay was the comfortable and spacious room. It was equipped with all necessary amenities including a safe and fridge. The location was also great, being close to the main pier.

The food options at the hotel were not impressive, and were quite expensive. The hotel is not located in a very nice neighborhood, which could be uncomfortable for some guests.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and offered an airport transfer service, which was helpful. the hotel was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. We enjoyed the breakfast provided, which had a decent spread of local cuisine.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was quite unpleasant. the noise pollution from street traffic was unbearable, making it difficult to sleep at night.
